Raw material selection
Our company can manufacture various types and sizes of household paper according to customer requirements. According to specific raw materials, household paper can be divided into 3 different types: pure wood pulp paper, mixed wood pulp paper and recycled paper. 1. Wood pulp paper
Wood pulp paper is made of 100% pure wood pulp without additives. It has high water absorption and tensile strength. 2. Mixed wood pulp paper

3. Recycled paper

1. Brush selection of raw materials:
Since raw materials are critical to the quality of the final product, the use of high-quality raw materials is very important for us to manufacture household paper. Each batch of raw materials provided by the supplier that arrives at our company must undergo a series of strict tests. In addition, our quality inspection department also conducts quality inspection on incoming materials. Only raw materials that pass the inspection can be used in production.
2. Product manufacturing process:
Qualified raw materials will be sent to the sealed workshop for folding and processing so that they can be made into semi-finished products or finished products for daily use paper. We strictly control each production process in accordance with national and ISO standards. Optics, optoelectronics and auto-sensing technologies are all used to test the length and weight of facial tissues and paper rolls.

Packaging Materials
Our paper products can be used in cardboard boxes or plastic packaging. The specific packaging materials are as follows.
1. Cardboard box packaging
The cardboard box is mainly made of white coated board and has a beautiful appearance. They are very light in weight, have good printing adaptability, are easy to form and have low cost.
2. Plastic packaging:
The plastic packaging materials we use include PE, CPP, OPP, PP and POF.
A. PE: PE has low transparency, high tensile strength and good heat sealing performance. It is mainly used as handkerchief towels, mini towels and paper towels, as well as medium bag packaging for roll paper.
B. CPP: With high transparency, low tensile strength and relatively high rigidity, CPP material is most suitable for middle bag packaging of handkerchiefs, mini towels and soft facial tissues.
C. OPP: OPP material has the highest transparency, lowest tensile strength and highest rigidity among various plastic materials. It is mainly used as a packaging material for 3D packaging films and shelves.
D.PP: PP packaging material has low transparency, low tensile strength, and is very easy to tear. It is usually used to make small bags of roll paper.
4. Quality assurance:

Tissue paper customization process
1. Early communication
After receiving the inquiry, Yafeng will answer the customer's question and give professional advice according to the customer's request. After determining what kind of order they want, our sales team will prepare a quotation and send it to the customer as soon as possible.
2. Order confirmation
After the order is confirmed, our sales staff will send the prepared PI and the drafted contract to the customer to confirm the cooperative relationship with the customer.
3. Production
After receiving the order, the production department will make a production plan and carry out production to ensure that the production tasks are completed as planned. During the production process, our sales staff will follow up the production process to ensure the delivery time and quality inspection staff to check the quality of paper products.
4. Delivery
When the customized paper products are still in production, the shipping staff has arranged the shipment of the finished products. The finished product will be shipped after packaging, and the delivery information will be delivered to the customer in time.
